Ingredients:
- 2-3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 200g of tomato purée
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fiery OG chili oil (amount according to preference)
- 30-40ml of vodka
- 100g of heavy cream
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (amount according to preference)
- Cooked pasta of your choice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat a pan over medium heat.
- Add the butter and olive oil to the preheated pan, allowing the butter to melt.
- Sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion in the pan until they become translucent and fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato paste, tomato purée, salt, pepper, and Fiery OG chili oil. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Lower the flame and pour in the vodka. Continue cooking for a few more minutes to allow the alcohol to cook off.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the pan. Stir well to combine the ingredients.
- Grate some fresh Parmesan cheese into the sauce and stir until melted and well incorporated.
- Add the cooked pasta of your choice to the sauce, tossing it gently to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
- Serve the Fiery Vodka Pasta on a plate, garnishing it with chopped parsley and drizzling more Fiery OG chili oil on top.
- For added flavor, sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese over the dish before serving.
