Ingredients:
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- Half a carrot, julienned
- Cabbage, julienned
- Bean sprouts (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Noodles of your choice
- 1-2 tablespoons of garlic chili crisp
- 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Scallions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pan or wok, heat the cooking oil (3-4 tablespoons) over medium heat.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan and cook until they are almost done.
- Once the eggs are almost cooked, add the julienned carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts (if using) to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the vegetables until they are slightly tender.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of garlic chili crisp, 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan.
- Stir-fry the ingredients together for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the flavors are well combined.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss them with the vegetable mixture and sauce until everything is evenly coated.
- Finish off by garnishing the Garlic Lo Mein with scallions.
- Serve the Garlic Lo Mein hot and with additional garlic chilli crisp on the side.
